Led selection of Oracle Cloud ERP during Accounting and Procurement buildouts; implemented with KPMG and Deloitte. Gathered requirements and budget approvals for renovations; negotiated General Contractor contracts. Managed cross-functional team after loss of Program Manager early in drug product development. Built drug submission timeline; managed regulatory deliverables.
